What we do and don't do

Smart Limo covers airport transfers (DCA, IAD, BWI), DC monument tours, Virginia wine country tours, weddings, prom, corporate roadshows, and hourly chauffeur work. Our service area runs from downtown Washington through Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, McLean, Falls Church, Tysons) and into Maryland (Bethesda, Silver Spring, Chevy Chase).

What we don't do: self-drive rentals, helicopter charters, boat tours, or wheelchair-accessible vehicle service. We don't have an accessible vehicle in the fleet, and we'd rather say so than book a trip we can't execute properly. If you need an ADA-compliant vehicle, we can refer you to operators who specialize in that.

Why choose Smart Limo over a rideshare app

The short answer: the car is there before you need it, the driver knows the route, and the price is fixed before you confirm. Uber surge pricing on inauguration day or during a Cherry Blossom weekend can push a 20-minute airport ride to three or four times the normal fare. Smart Limo quotes a flat rate when you book. That rate doesn't change because it's busy.

The longer answer is consistency. When you book a vehicle for a wedding or a multi-stop corporate day, the same chauffeur handles the whole booking. Pricing and what's included

One quoted price covers the vehicle and the chauffeur. There are no hidden airport fees and no surge pricing. The pricing page has starting rates for every vehicle and service type. For tour packages, rates depend on the vehicle and the number of hours. For airport transfers, rates are flat per trip. For hourly corporate work, rates are per vehicle per hour with a minimum booking window. If you're not sure which rate applies, call and describe the trip; we'll quote it on the spot. For airport logistics, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority has current terminal maps and ground-transportation details for both DCA and IAD.
