The car was extremely clean, cool and he had bottled water for us as well. I would book this again.★★★★★
Loved every minute of every place our driver took us .
Amin was great and I recommend him with my eyes closed. He left us on every attraction and picked us up at end . We felt like millionaires!!!!

Great tour!
For 10 people it was only a little more expensive than the public tours and was SO much more fun and easier, especially since they picked us up. Would recommend!

We were picked up at our hotel and the driver was super friendly. The limo driver took some pictures and made a personalized video using one of our cell phones of our group before and after we entered the limo. The day we toured DC it was going to be 100° F. Rather than ride a bus, bike, or other means, we took the limo which was air conditioned and the driver dropped us next to each site in the tour and pick us up either in the same spot as the drop off or close by as we left each site. In the limo there was free water bottle and ice with cups, which was refreshing on a hot day. We could choose the music we wanted to listen to through a cell phone the limo driver provided. There were some times the music was a bit loud, but either through the cell phone or a control in the car, the volume can be adjusted. It was also fun to watch people outside the limo as they were taking pictures of our vehicle (the hummer limo) just was much as some of the sites. If you are planning a tour of DC, I would recommend taking the personalized limo tour for comfort and you can choose how long you staying at each site and where to go. This is the way to go! We had 7 people in the limo and had lots of extra room for more people.★★★★★

Great way to see the Capital if you only have a few hours.
We had an afternoon flight on a Sunday and decided to get a tour of DC in the morning. It turned out to be a great way to see the major sights and monuments in a short period of time. Stopped at all the major landmarks on the Mall.

This tour was outstanding! Our driver Amin was a gem! He picked us up from the lobby of our hotel and right away took pictures and got us started. He was able give us the history of the city, stopped at all major monuments and took pictures for us at all stops. It was raining very hard but he had umbrellas ready, let us know the walk time to certain up close views to make sure we were prepared (all were short walks less than 5 mins and nothing hard to get to just not able to drive the limo all the way up to some which was totally understandable) but also made stops if needed (bathroom and quick food pick ups). We were out for a full four hours which left time to just drive around and see the city and enjoy the limo. I would highly recommend this tour even if you’ve been to DC and seen the sites in the past as it was super fun and the limo was very comfortable (we had 7 total people with plenty of room)! Thank you for a GREAT experience!★★★★★

Called us promptly at the start time we arranged.
Pick us up curbside from hotel. Dropped us at every must see spot. The absolute best way to see DC. Great company providing excellent service. Prompt and reliable service. Excellent time!

Absolutely the best way to be picked up from
BWI then taken on private tour around DC and dropped off at your hotel!
Yes, Smart Limo Rental picks up at any address in Takoma Park MD, and here that means front porches: the Victorians of Old Town, the bungalow blocks along Flower and Carroll Avenues, and the Airbnbs tucked between them. Takoma Park is a residential city wedged between DC’s Takoma neighborhood and Silver Spring, one Red Line stop from the District, with no hotels of its own, which makes door-to-door chauffeur service the natural fit. BWI is about 30 minutes northeast, DCA about 35 south, and hourly chauffeur service starts at $380 for 3 hours in an Executive Sedan. A private DC monuments tour from a Takoma Park porch starts at $440 for 4 hours, door to door. Call (202) 609-9811 and dispatch confirms your pickup point, any hour.
Homes and Airbnbs across Old Town and the avenues; send the street address and the chauffeur texts on arrival, pulling to the curb rather than blocking the narrow tree-lined lanes. Carroll Avenue venues for the city’s festivals, arts events, and private parties; group pickups stage a block off the strip on event days. The Takoma Metro station for hybrid itineraries, a car to or from the Red Line timed to your train. Washington Adventist University on Flower Avenue for family weekends and commencement.
Do you really come to a front porch in Takoma Park? We do. Include the address and any porch-side note with the booking. Old Town’s streets are narrow and slow by design, so the chauffeur coordinates by text and arrives as you step out; for dawn airport runs the car waits in front with lights off, neighbors asleep.
Do you handle group events on Carroll Avenue? All the time. The folk festival, street festivals, and private parties in Old Town book the Sprinter or SUV for groups, staged just off the avenue where the crowd isn’t.
Takoma Park’s wedge position is its advantage. Sligo Creek Parkway slips traffic toward College Park and I-95 without touching Georgia Avenue; New Hampshire Avenue runs straight down into the District; and the Metro sits at the city’s western point when a hybrid trip makes sense. Evening runs into DC for theater or dinner, and the ride home after, are the city’s most common bookings alongside airports.
| Airport | Typical drive | Note |
|---|---|---|
| BWI (Baltimore/Washington) | 30 min | I-495 east to MD-295 north |
| DCA (Reagan National) | 35 min | New Hampshire Ave to I-295 south |
| IAD (Dulles) | 45 to 50 min | Beltway west to the Dulles Toll Road |
Planning estimates, not promises; the chauffeur pads pickup times against live Beltway conditions. Airport pickup at BWI or DCA comes as part of an hourly or tour booking, curbside at arrivals or inside the terminal on request.
A private chauffeured DC tour from Takoma Park rolls down New Hampshire Avenue and reaches the Capitol end of the Mall in about 25 minutes. Four hours from $440, picked up at your porch, narrated by a chauffeur who knows the city, and flexible whenever you want to linger at a memorial. Out-of-town guests staying in a Takoma Park Airbnb get the same door-to-door treatment a downtown hotel would.
Silver Spring and its two verified hotels sit directly west. Hyattsville and College Park are 15 minutes east on the Route 1 corridor. Downtown DC is 30 minutes south. The Maryland hub maps the state side, and hotel and Airbnb pickup explains pickup everywhere we serve.
Call (202) 609-9811 or book online. Dispatch answers 24/7.
Hourly chauffeur service starts at $380 for 3 hours in the Executive Sedan and $420 in the Executive SUV, then $110 and $120 an hour. A private DC tour from a Takoma Park address is $440 for 4 hours, the black Lincoln stretch $540 and the white Hummer limousine $760. One flat quote, no surge.
Yes. Reserve on our Book Now page with your address, date, group size and hours, or call (202) 609-9811, answered 24/7, and we send one flat quote. Homes in Old Town Takoma, Airbnbs along the avenues and the Takoma Metro station all work as pickup points.
For a single short hop, a rideshare wins. For a Silver Spring dinner, a downtown show and the ride home, one flat 3-hour figure from $380 in the Executive Sedan, with the same chauffeur waiting between stops, usually comes in level with or below a string of surge-priced rides, and the car is yours for the whole block. The gap widens on BWI and DCA runs with bags, where the flat quote is known before you land.
Pickup and drop-off are included anywhere within about 20 miles of downtown DC (ZIP 20005), roughly a 30-minute drive, and Takoma Park is about 6 miles and 25 to 30 minutes from the Mall, inside the included area. The drive counts inside your booked hours, so a 4-hour tour with 30 minutes each way leaves about 3 hours in the city; guests further out often book 5 hours. Beyond the 20-mile circle, call dispatch at (202) 609-9811 and we quote one flat rate that includes the travel.
BWI is about 30 minutes northeast and DCA about 35 minutes south. The pickup runs inside an hourly booking from $380, with the flight tracked, the chauffeur curbside or inside the terminal on request, and early departures padded for Beltway traffic.
Yes. A car to or from the Red Line timed to your train is a common hybrid booking, as is a Washington Adventist University pickup on Flower Avenue for family weekends and commencement. Send the address or station entrance and the chauffeur texts when the car arrives.
