5-star rated on Tripadvisor & Viator
More than 240 travelers have reviewed our private Washington DC limo tours across Tripadvisor and Viator, and the same praise repeats: the chauffeur-guide who knows every monument, the on-time hotel pickup, and a day that felt effortless. Read our Tripadvisor reviews and our Viator reviews for yourself.
Guests we pick up in Georgetown most often mention the monuments and memorials and the on-time hotel pickup. Amin is the chauffeur guests name for knowing the city and being easy to be with all day. The same details repeat: a chauffeur-guide who knows the history and plenty of photo stops. Each review below links to the Tripadvisor or Viator listing it was posted on.

Good value for a large group
For 10 people (4 adult and 6 kids/teens), this was a great alternative to the other night tours. We even got to see some of the less known memorials at the Pentagon! Very friendly and helpful driver.

DC tour
The driver was super knowledgeable about the different monuments and allowed us to experience them in whatever order we wanted stopping at different ones for us to take pictures and explore along the route. Extremely worth it for my family and I.

Great tour of all the monuments.
Our tour guide, Amin, was excellent! Dropped us off at the most optimal places to see the sites.

Our group was 18 family members in town for college graduation, ranging in age from 8 to 80. We had some ideas of the stops we wanted, and Teri our guide worked with us to incorporate them as well as other highlights she recommended. It worked perfectly. Family members could "choose their gear" with respect to walking, and the more ambitious were able to do several things in the same stop (eg Korean War memorial along with Lincoln Memorial and Vietnam). Thanks to Inam our driver and Teri our guide for a great experience!★★★★★

Great way to see the Capital if you only have a few hours.
We had an afternoon flight on a Sunday and decided to get a tour of DC in the morning. It turned out to be a great way to see the major sights and monuments in a short period of time. Stopped at all the major landmarks on the Mall.

We had a fantastic time with Zach as our driver on a very cold rainy day. He did everything possible to make our exploration of Washington DC a memorable experience. He came to our door every time with an umbrella and took photos and videos of us at each site. He was very fun and played historical tour information so that we could learn about each monument before we arrived there. Zach was fun, professional, and happy. The limo was brightly lit and very long. Thanks for a wonderful trip....★★★★★
Ameen was the best tour guide and picked us up promptly at the agreed time & place in a limo!
He was very communicative & flexible and made this experience worth every penny! Thank you so much! ❤️

Our family (which includes 2 kids and 3 elderly) was visiting DC during Spring break and wanting to hit all of the tourist spots. Our driver (Khalid) was punctual and attentive to our needs. He asked what are the must sees. Since we are here during the beginning of the cherry blossom season, we wanted to make sure we get to see them along with all of the monuments. He made stops for us to take pictures and made sure we do not have to walk too much since we have elderly and little ones. It was very fun for everyone to ride in the limo too and see all the attention we get on the roads. It was a great experience and headache-free for us to not have to plan our routes and find parking etc.★★★★★

This tour was outstanding! Our driver Amin was a gem! He picked us up from the lobby of our hotel and right away took pictures and got us started. He was able give us the history of the city, stopped at all major monuments and took pictures for us at all stops. It was raining very hard but he had umbrellas ready, let us know the walk time to certain up close views to make sure we were prepared (all were short walks less than 5 mins and nothing hard to get to just not able to drive the limo all the way up to some which was totally understandable) but also made stops if needed (bathroom and quick food pick ups). We were out for a full four hours which left time to just drive around and see the city and enjoy the limo. I would highly recommend this tour even if you’ve been to DC and seen the sites in the past as it was super fun and the limo was very comfortable (we had 7 total people with plenty of room)! Thank you for a GREAT experience!★★★★★
This was an amazing experience.
The city comes alive in a different way at night and the limo tour was a very comfortable and safe way to experience the monuments. Our driver was very knowledgeable of the city and even dropped us off at our hotels. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

We stopped and were able to get out to walk around and take photos at all the major monuments and buildings. He got us closer to several locations than we were even able to do on foot during the day. The limo was well stocked with waters and had plenty of stemware for your own drinks.Georgetown has a fixed geography: the Potomac on the south, Rock Creek on the east, the university anchoring the west, and M Street and Wisconsin Avenue crossing in the middle. What it doesn’t have is a Metro stop. That single fact makes Georgetown the most chauffeur-dependent neighborhood in DC, and Smart Limo Rental picks up everywhere in it: the hotels, the rowhouse Airbnbs above Book Hill, the waterfront venues, and the university. Street parking on M Street is metered and full by evening, so a car that appears when you walk out is worth real money here. Hourly chauffeur service starts at $380 for 3 hours in an Executive Sedan, and a private monuments tour from a Georgetown hotel starts at $440 for 4 hours. Call (202) 609-9811, any hour, and dispatch confirms your pickup point.
Three verified hotels anchor the neighborhood list:
Rosewood Washington, D.C. (1050 31st St NW), tucked beside the C&O Canal a block off M Street. Melrose Georgetown Hotel (2430 Pennsylvania Ave NW), at the neighborhood’s eastern gateway where Pennsylvania Avenue meets Rock Creek. The Glover Park Hotel (2505 Wisconsin Ave NW), up the hill past the shops, quieter and close to the Naval Observatory.
Hotel details last updated July 2026. We pick up at every other Georgetown hotel too: the Four Seasons (2800 Pennsylvania Ave NW), The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown (3100 S St NW) by the old incinerator smokestack, and The Graham Georgetown (1075 Thomas Jefferson St NW) a block off M Street, plus inns, guesthouses, and private homes from the waterfront to Burleith. Name the address and dispatch confirms the spot.
Georgetown’s wedding circuit runs on logistics. Ceremonies at Holy Trinity or Dahlgren Chapel on campus, photos at the Waterfront Park or along the C&O Canal locks, receptions at the riverside venues. Waterfront events stage passenger pickup on K Street NW under the Whitehurst Freeway, and a chauffeur who knows that staging zone saves a wedding party from a five-block walk in formalwear. The stretch limousine handles the party; the sedan runs the couple.
Can Smart Limo pick us up at the Rosewood in Georgetown? Yes. The Rosewood at 1050 31st St NW sits on a narrow one-way block by the canal, so the chauffeur times the pull-up to your walk-out and texts two minutes ahead. DCA runs 15 to 20 minutes from here across the river.
Does pickup work from the Melrose on Pennsylvania Avenue? It does. The Melrose at 2430 Pennsylvania Ave NW has the easiest loading in the neighborhood, right at the Rock Creek end of Penn, with Foggy Bottom and the Kennedy Center three minutes away.
And the Glover Park Hotel up Wisconsin? Covered, at 2505 Wisconsin Ave NW. Guests here often book the car hourly for a National Cathedral visit followed by an M Street dinner, since neither is walkable from the other.
What about Georgetown Airbnb rowhouses? All the time. The rowhouse blocks between M Street and Dumbarton Oaks are thick with rentals. Send the street address; on the one-way lettered streets the chauffeur pulls to the nearest clean corner and texts, rather than blocking a lane that hasn’t moved since 1780.
M Street and the waterfront hold the restaurant density, Blues Alley hides the jazz, and weekend evenings the neighborhood fills past its parking supply. The classic Georgetown booking is the evening hourly: dinner on M Street, a stroll at the waterfront, the car waiting where you left it, no garage. Georgetown University adds its own calendar (commencement, family weekends, prospective-student visits), and campus pickups stage on 37th Street at the main gates.
| Airport | Typical drive | Note |
|---|---|---|
| DCA (Reagan National) | 15 to 20 min | Across the river; +5 to 15 in rush hour |
| IAD (Dulles) | 30 to 40 min | Key Bridge to the Dulles access road |
| BWI (Baltimore/Washington) | 50 min | Rock Creek to New York Ave and the BW Parkway |
Planning estimates, not promises; the chauffeur reads live traffic and sets the pickup time. Airport pickup at DCA or IAD comes as part of an hourly or tour booking, curbside at arrivals or inside the terminal on request.
A private chauffeured DC tour from Georgetown starts with the prettiest approach in the city: down Rock Creek Parkway, past the Kennedy Center, and out at the Lincoln Memorial. Four hours from $440, hotel-door pickup, narrated by a chauffeur who knows the city, flexible whenever you want to linger.
Foggy Bottom and its nine hotels sit across Rock Creek. Dupont Circle is 10 minutes east via P Street. Arlington is one Key Bridge crossing away. The Washington DC hub maps the whole city; hotel and Airbnb pickup covers how pickup works everywhere we serve.
Call (202) 609-9811 or book online. Dispatch answers 24/7.
Yes, and that missing Metro stop is exactly why Georgetown is the most chauffeur-dependent neighborhood in DC. We pick up at the Rosewood by the canal, the Four Seasons on Pennsylvania Avenue, the Melrose, the Glover Park Hotel, the rowhouse Airbnbs above Book Hill, the waterfront venues and the university.
Hourly chauffeur service starts at $380 for 3 hours in the Executive Sedan and $420 in the Executive SUV, then $110 and $120 an hour. A private monuments tour from a Georgetown hotel is $440 for 4 hours, the black Lincoln stretch $540 and the white Hummer limousine $760. One flat quote, no surge.
Yes. The Four Seasons on Pennsylvania Avenue has the easiest drive; the Rosewood at 1050 31st Street sits on a narrow one-way block by the C&O Canal, so the chauffeur times the pull-up to your walk-out and texts two minutes ahead. The Melrose at the Rock Creek end of Penn loads easily too.
Pickup and drop-off are included anywhere within about 20 miles of downtown DC (ZIP 20005), roughly a 30-minute drive, and Georgetown is a 10-minute drive from the Mall, inside the included area. The drive counts inside your booked hours, so a 4-hour tour with 30 minutes each way leaves about 3 hours in the city; guests further out often book 5 hours. Beyond the 20-mile circle, call dispatch at (202) 609-9811 and we quote one flat rate that includes the travel.
About 15 to 20 minutes across the river via the Key Bridge and the GW Parkway, and the pickup runs inside an hourly booking from $380 that also covers the hotel or a meeting. Dulles is about 40 minutes west on I-66. Flights are tracked; the chauffeur is curbside or inside the terminal on request.
Yes. Waterfront venues stage pickup on K Street under the Whitehurst Freeway, and a chauffeur who knows that zone saves a wedding party a five-block walk in formalwear. The black Lincoln stretch, the white Hummer and the Sprinter run ceremony, photos on the waterfront and reception by the hour.
