Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the smartlimorental.com website and the transportation services provided by Smart Limo Rental ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Booking & Reservations

Reservations may be made online through our Book Now page, by phone at (202) 609-9811, or by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or text. We may require a credit card on file at booking; the card is charged after the trip unless otherwise stated. Wedding and large-group bookings may require a partial deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours before pickup: Full refund.
  • 24 to 48 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee.
  • Less than 6 hours before pickup: Full reservation amount charged.
  • Wedding & multi-vehicle bookings: Separate terms confirmed at booking.
  • No-shows: Full reservation amount charged, no refund.

Pricing & Payment

Quoted rates cover the vehicle and the chauffeur. Additional charges may apply for: extra stops not in the original itinerary, wait time beyond the booked duration, excessive cleaning, or damage to the vehicle.

Vehicle & Driver Conduct

  • All vehicles are 100% non-smoking and non-vaping. A $250 cleaning fee applies for violations.
  • Open alcohol is permitted in stretch limousines and Sprinters for adult passengers, in compliance with DC, MD, and VA law. Not permitted in sedans or SUVs.
  • No drugs or illegal substances. Chauffeurs may end the trip at their discretion if safety is compromised.
  • Children: car seats are available on request. Booster and forward-facing seats provided at no charge with 24 hours' notice.
  • Service animals are always welcome. Other pets must be approved at booking.

Damages & Liability

Passengers are responsible for damage to the vehicle interior caused by their party. Excessive cleaning fees apply for spills, vomit, or significant litter. Smart Limo Rental's liability is limited to the actual fare paid for the trip, except as required by law.

Delays

We make every reasonable effort to arrive on time and complete the itinerary as planned. Delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather, motorcades, mechanical failure, or events outside our reasonable control are not grounds for refund. We will reschedule when possible at no charge.

Flight Tracking

For airport transfers, we track your flight in real time and adjust pickup automatically. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate flight number at booking.

Website Use

The smartlimorental.com website is provided as-is. You may not scrape, copy, or republish content without permission. Booking attempts using fraudulent payment methods will be reported to law enforcement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Any disputes will be resolved in DC courts unless otherwise required by law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
