Good value for a large group
For 10 people (4 adult and 6 kids/teens), this was a great alternative to the other night tours. We even got to see some of the less known memorials at the Pentagon! Very friendly and helpful driver.

The driver was super knowledgeable about the different monuments and allowed us to experience them in whatever order we wanted stopping at different ones for us to take pictures and explore along the route. Extremely worth it for my family and I.

Our driver was the best ever.
He knew exactly what every monument and statue was. He was sooo patient with the kids. He went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I can’t say enough good things about this experience and our driver.

Each of us has different interests, so we want to spend time on each subject differently in the places we visit. In fact, this can sometimes change depending on how tired or hungry we are during the tour, so we always prefer a private tour as a family. And we should not forget that it is very cool to tour the capital in a latest model Cadillac. Isn't it good to pamper ourselves a little once in a while? In my opinion, the most beneficial thing about a private tour is that it gives us the flexibility of how we really want to spend our time at that moment, we do not have to wait for anyone, we do not have to waste time in a place or subject we are not interested in, we can be more flexible in the places we are interested in and do not spend more time, especially the city that helps us here. and when it comes to polite people who know us well, they accompany us in their work. That's exactly the experience we had. We would like to thank the gentleman who showed us around the city and the organization company. It was a very professional and caring tour. I hope everyone will enjoy it. Hüseyin Yıldız★★★★★

Our family (which includes 2 kids and 3 elderly) was visiting DC during Spring break and wanting to hit all of the tourist spots. Our driver (Khalid) was punctual and attentive to our needs. He asked what are the must sees. Since we are here during the beginning of the cherry blossom season, we wanted to make sure we get to see them along with all of the monuments. He made stops for us to take pictures and made sure we do not have to walk too much since we have elderly and little ones. It was very fun for everyone to ride in the limo too and see all the attention we get on the roads. It was a great experience and headache-free for us to not have to plan our routes and find parking etc.★★★★★
We had a great time with Khan, our driver.
The Sprinter van was super clean and nice and spacious. We were able to see anything we wanted (within reason) and able to take great pictures and have a great experience.

I highly recommend seeing the capital this way, especially if you have limited time. Amir greeted us warmly and told us we were his family for the morning. He lived up to that commitment, remarkably sensitive to all our needs. The children (ages9-12) got the history lesson we hoped for in this hassle free tour.★★★★★

Riding around with our family. Seeing all the beautiful memorials lit up at night. We really enjoyed seeing the Washington Memorial reflected in the reflection pond. The city being decorated for Christmas. It was also beautiful. And our limo driver was so kind and courteous, even finding a very nice restroom for us to use along the wayWhen a group outgrows a sedan or SUV, the next vehicle in our DC fleet is the Mercedes Sprinter van: a black, chauffeured passenger van that seats up to 13 with luggage, $560 for the 4-hour minimum and $140 an hour after that. It is the vehicle for a 12-passenger van booking, a family of eight with strollers, a leadership team heading to Tysons, or a wine-country group that should not be driving Route 50 back into the city. Call (202) 609-9811 or book online. We answer 24/7. For groups of 22 and up, and for multi-vehicle events, see the group transportation page.
The Mercedes Sprinter is the high-roof passenger version, not a cargo conversion. You walk in through a wide sliding door and stand upright in the aisle, which matters on a two-hour ride more than any spec sheet suggests: nobody hunches, nobody climbs over a knee to reach a window seat, and a grandparent steps in from the curb with one hand on the grab rail. Seating is 13 captain’s chairs in rows of two and three with a center aisle, each with a seat belt and a reading light. Windows run the full length of the cabin, so the group sees the Capitol dome from the Sprinter the way they would from a sedan, except everyone gets a window.
Luggage goes in the rear compartment behind the last row, which takes 13 carry-ons plus a few checked bags, or a full load of checked bags if the group is coming off an international flight and travels light in the cabin. Strollers, coolers, and a conference’s worth of banner stands fit without anyone holding them on a lap. The cabin has USB charging at every row, climate control that reaches the back, and bottled water on board.
The Sprinter is about 24 feet long and rides on a van chassis, so it uses the same curbs and hotel porte-cocheres as an SUV. It pulls into the Willard’s Pennsylvania Avenue drive, the Four Seasons in Georgetown, and the loading zone outside the National Building Museum without a permit or a staging plan. It clears the parking decks at Tysons Galleria and the Mosaic District, which the mini bus does not, and it fits the drop-off lanes at Nationals Park and Capital One Arena. On a monuments tour it parks in the bus and van spaces on Ohio Drive by the Tidal Basin and on Constitution Avenue, so the chauffeur is a short walk from the Lincoln Memorial and the World War II Memorial rather than a shuttle ride away.
The mini bus, by contrast, needs a bus zone, and downtown DC has fewer of those than visitors expect. That is why a group of 13 or fewer almost always does better in the Sprinter even when a bigger vehicle is available.
Corporate teams are the largest share: a leadership group of eight riding together from a downtown office to a Loudoun winery for an offsite, or a delegation of 10 doing a Hill day with three building entrances and a working lunch. The walk-through cabin doubles as a rolling conference room, and corporate accounts get net-30 invoicing.
Families are the second. A three-generation group of 11 with two car seats and a stroller fits with room to spare, and the chauffeur-guide narrates the monuments tour over the cabin’s sound system so the back row hears the same story as the front. Airport arrivals come next: a Sprinter meets a group landing at DCA, IAD or BWI with all their luggage as the first leg of an hourly or tour booking, flight tracked at no charge, curbside by default or inside at baggage claim on request.
The rest is wine country and celebrations. A 6-hour Virginia wine country tour in the Sprinter is $840, and it is the vehicle for a bachelorette group of 12 who want to stay together from the hotel to the last tasting room. Wedding parties use it as a photographer-and-videographer vehicle or as a small guest shuttle running a hotel-block loop for up to 13 guests per trip.
The Sprinter seats up to 13 with luggage. The executive mini bus seats 22 to 32 in reclining seats with an aisle, a PA system, and an under-floor luggage hold, at $720 for 4 hours. Between 14 and 21 riders, the usual answer is a Sprinter plus an SUV for the overflow and the bags, or the mini bus when everyone insists on one vehicle. Above 32, we add a second vehicle or move the group to the 55-passenger coach. Every option comes with a chauffeur; there is no self-drive Sprinter rental here.
$560 for the 4-hour minimum, then $140 an hour, so a full 8-hour day is $1,120 and the 6-hour wine-country day is $840. The rate is per vehicle, never per person, and it covers the chauffeur, fuel, parking, and bottled water. Pickup is included within about 20 miles of downtown DC; beyond that, dispatch quotes one flat figure before you confirm. The pricing page lists every vehicle in the fleet.
Call (202) 609-9811 or book online with the head count, the date, the pickup address, and the hours you need, and you get a flat quote back. A $200 deposit holds the date, fully refundable up to 72 hours before service.
The Mercedes Sprinter. It seats up to 13 in captain's chairs with a walk-through cabin and luggage room, so a 12-person group rides with a seat to spare, for $560 on a 4-hour minimum. A group of 14 splits between a Sprinter and an SUV; 22 or more moves to the executive mini bus.
The Sprinter carries up to 13; the executive mini bus carries 22 to 32 in reclining seats with an aisle, a PA system and an under-floor luggage hold. Between the two, groups of 14 to 21 usually take a Sprinter plus an SUV or, when everyone must ride together, the mini bus.
The Mercedes Sprinter is $560 for 4 hours, then $140 an hour; the executive mini bus is $720 for 4 hours, then $180, one flat rate whether it seats 22 or 32. A full 8-hour day runs $1,120 in the Sprinter and $1,440 in the mini bus, chauffeur included, no per-head charge.
Yes, it is one of our most common bookings: a team riding together from a downtown office to a Loudoun winery, a Tysons hotel or a conference center, on the Sprinter for smaller teams and the mini bus for 22 to 32. Corporate accounts get net-30 invoicing and one point of contact.
Yes. For a 40-person offsite or a 150-guest wedding we run several vehicles together, a mini bus alongside one or two Sprinters, or a coach paired with a sedan for the VIPs, coordinated from one dispatch desk on a single invoice with synchronized pickups.
Tell us the group size, date and pickup location; we confirm which vehicle fits and quote a flat rate, usually on one call. We assign the chauffeur and finalize the stop list, often reviewing the route the day before for offsites, and dispatch stays reachable on the day if the schedule shifts.
